“Wrong item delivered. On web page and invoice it it listed JST XH and item delivered looks like JST, XA, XAD, XM, XMA. Now nobody is answering phone to help to resolve the issue today in time for next day delivery.”

“Good range of products, website easy to use, prices and delivery cost/speed of delivery very good. Quick reply to my emailed question. No response to phone calls. Slightly confusing emails confirming order - 2 confirmation emails received referring to one order, each with a different order reference number, implied that the order had been duplicated (which it wasn't). Overall - excellent company to deal with.”
