“Needed some small circular IP68 waterproof switch connectors, Switch Electronics came up on a search so gave them a go. They had a vast selection of items and also exactly what I was after. My order arrived promptly, great service. I will be using Switch Electronics again for any electronics for sure.”

“This was the first time I've used Switch Electronics, and as I'd never even heard of them before, I was interested to see what happened. I ordered a laser tachometer late on 29 Jul, it was despatched the following day with a Royal Mail tracking number, and arrived on 31 Jul. The unit was a great price and arrived in perfect condition, so I will certainly be ordering from them again.”

“I purchased a microswitch which, unfortunately turned out to be the incorrect one for my needs. However, this identified one very clear failing of Switch Electronics, namely telephone contact. Despite many attempts, at differing times of the day, to speak to someone, using the only phone number associated with their business, no-one would pick up the telephone and answer my call. It rang and rang, unanswered. From a customer's point of view this is unacceptable. I used their 'live chat' facility. On completion of the 'chat' my phone received a message page stating that the chat was now closed. However, after receiving this message, I am now unable to access their website because the moment I try the same 'chat closed' message keeps on popping up, blocking access. SE have not resolved this, which means I can no longer make purchases from their website, or access their 'Live Chat' facility anymore. Consequently, email is my only way of contacting them, but cannot place an order via this method, so I shall not be placing more orders going forwards, though I would be reluctant anyway, given they have no intention of speaking with customers over the phone. SE need to think about this 'no phone calls' policy.”
