For the price you get very little. It isn't very durable looking. The Mondaine rubber strap, similar price, lasted 15 months !!! I doubt this will manage that. Utterly overpriced !!!

I ordered the Victorinox Nail Clip 580 “Red Edelweiss” Swiss Army Knife from this retailer, despite the fact that it was $12 cheaper at another (US-based) online store who I’ve shopped with in the past. The American retailer did not have it in stock at the time, and I was willing to pay extra because I wanted it as soon as possible. I even paid $15 for the Express Air Courier shipping option, which was only supposed to take 3-4 business days. My shipment did not arrive for a full week, and when it did I received the “Jelly Red” version of the Nail Clip 580 in an unsealed box. That color scheme was priced $6 cheaper than the one I paid for (which was still $13 more than the other place charged). I shipped the wrong version I got back three days ago, but have not yet received my refund. Definitely do not order from this company unless you want to overpay for the wrong product, only to have it delivered behind schedule. I personally will never deal with them again.

Ordered a replacement watch strap for a Mondaine watch and what I got was not fit for purpose. Even took it to a jewellers to see if they could make it work and they told me I would be better to put it straight in the garbage. Waste of my time and money, stay away from this site as what they sell has not been checked and you end up with any old rubbish.

Girl at the end the phone very helpful but I had to contact you to report that my return item had not been processed after 2 weeks. There was no communication from you especially when I was told you do not stock the item I had returned. Why was I not informed about the situation? It appears your return department is very inefficient and dilatory.

payed for next day delivery, they never even bothered to send my package out of the warehouse??? friend missed his birthday gift and it was a joint present from multiple people so they were all mad too. swiss store seriously dont care that your spending money on their products and might ship your product if they feel like it.

Parcel arrived with only one item inside not two. Main item was a Christmas gift and was the missing one. Manufacturer has still to contact me back.

i sent this e mail over a week ago and still have ad no reply.. "A friend of mine recommended your services for a retirement gift for a colleague following 20yrs of service. Whilst I love the quality and craftmanship of the knife and engraving, I wanted to express my disappointment with the inadequate packaging and subsequent effects of this which was far below a service I would expect after spending this amount of money. The item was sent within a flat thin cardboard pack, with no wrapping at all around it, the knife was inside sent inside a small box which was squashed in transit and the knife itself was loose and had come out of its small thin box. Your team need to re think how they present and delivery such items which should be known for high standards, packaging should be minimal , but it should be designed to protect the valuable items enclosed. Some small amount of paper wrappings around , or sturdy box would have protected this. I am presenting the gift later today, and a shame that’s its now within a creased squashed Swiss branded box. Terrible service, three times I tried to pay for some spares for my Felco secateurs and each time they refused my transaction leaving me with no alternative but to pay £10 extra for the same parts from Amazon.

Hi Al, It was a mistake with the watchstrap, our apologies. We had realised the error before you had received the parcel hence the phone call to advise. It's a free returns process and it could have been dropped in a post box if preferred. Mistakes, albeit rare, do happen and we thought it best to contact you to resolve it as quickly as possible. 16 days to deliver and then an additional 22 Euro payment !!!!! For my nephew to collect his birthday present in the Netherlands. Absolutely shocked! That is more than half the cost of the item!! Wish I had never ordered the Swiss knife! Don’t understand why this item could not have been sent via an EU store...!

Hi Nadja, Unfortunately this is completely out of our control. Since the UK left the EU any parcel going to a European country is subject to import taxes and these taxes are set by the receiving country. We are based in Cheltenham in the UK and don't have multiple stores, everything we sell is direct from our warehouse which enables us to do the engraving for you. When you enter the delivery address at checkout, the screen should warn you that local import taxes are applicable but it's very difficult to predict what these are. With regards to shipping to Europe we have a faster service or the £6.75 service which takes approximately 10 working days. I've refunded the postage charge for you. Best wishes, Jude

Hi Paul, Tracking shows that this was sent to you on 23 December, as it's been some time without an update I am assuming it has been misplaced over the Christmas period. I'm very sorry that you have not yet received your order, I've checked via the delivery company and it is on it's way to you in Kuwait but has been held in Belgium on route to you. It does take some time via Landmark to reach you and we have sent your tracking information to you - perhaps you might see it in your spam folder? Don’t offer a gift wrap service if there is no quality control check. Refunding the cost and giving a 10% discount is shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted. It lets you product down. Learn the lesson.
