“Although I struggled to place an order for delivery in USA using the website, this was an issue with the credit card billing address being in UK and was not the store's fault. When I called to place the order, the service I received on the phone was excellent and fuss free. A really good transaction and a great product.”

“Once I had placed my order for a personalised swizz army knife and paid, I saw that the order confirmation showed just the knife and a sharpening tool but no mention of the personalisation! I rang the contact number and the person who answered was extremely patient and put my mind at ease that all was well. THE VERY NEXT DAY IT ARRIVED ! Very pleased with it and the excellent service. Regards Simon. p.s. maybe could tweek the confirmation to show what's actually coming.”
