“A number of years ago, I bought my husband a Swiss army knife for fishing. After many years of use he sent it away to be serviced. It came back looking like a brand new knife with a new case. Unbelievably, this great service was free. I was so impressed I bought my son one too. Fantastic traditional product and exceptional after care.”

“I had a small issue with the engraving of the knife I purchased. Caitlyn was very apologetic and quickly arranged a replacement which I received the following day, (fast tracking it through the engravers). This was actually an upgrade at no extra cost because the one I originally ordered was out of stock. This company provides exceptional customer service and is committed to putting their customers first. Buy with confidence!”

“I had to speak to someone at the Swiss Store because the Swiss Army Huntsman knife web page wouldn't allow me to enter engraving details. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and she took my order over the phone. The engraved names I requested on the blades of the two knives I bought for my grandsons in Classic Script was superbly done. This will make them a very special keepsake.”
