“Really impressed by the product and the quick delivery - having place an order including engraving on Wednesday, it was delivered on Friday. The product itself is of a very high quality, which I was very pleased about having been slightly nervous about ordering from someone other than the manufacturer. Would recommend this website.”

“It is an excellent product and nicely engraved in accordance with my order. I was amazed at the speed of delivery - 2 days from ordering including engraving. My only criticism is that the product was substantially more expensive than on other sites, but they did not offer engraving which was important to me.”

“Ordered felco secateurs 2 only had them a short while but in that time I've used them extensively really good so far and for the price they should be. Swiss-store were brilliant I was worried about not getting a e-mail reply and they sorted it out straight away. I ordered them using normal post, arrived 2days later. Excellent service excellent secateurs.”

“Swiss store had the Victorinox Huntsman lite at a very affordable price and since I've fancied one for a while now, I thought it was rude not to order it immediately, especially as it came with a free sharpener! The knife itself is excellent quality with all the tools I require and is now in my pocket every day. Service was excellent and I'm now like a kid with a new toy...”

“Good gift and nicely engraved with my son's name. Received very quickly after ordering. I had trouble with web site accepting a promotion code and I phoned to seek help. Very helpful chap said he would credit me with the value of promotion and he did. All round good purchase/ experience and I will buy again from this site.”
