“I was initially delighted to receive the Swiss knife ordered for my grandson together with the pouch. The pouch chosen was unfortunately too small so I’ve emailed Swiss-store notifying of this and requesting a return label. I have had no response to this so I emailed again and now been advised my request will be answered. The post sales service is non existent which has spoiled both my grandson’s birthday and also my dealings with SS. Subsequent to my comments. SS has gone out of its way to correct the problem and has been very kind in replacing the pouch with two for my very lucky grandson to choose from. May I compliment SS on its brilliant and generous response A big thank you to everyone at SS”

“For the first time ever I bought expensive secateurs from you. A bit puzzled by their strange adaptations, but then tried them. Bliss. My cheapos regularly nipped by thumb, like a determined bluetit, leaving painful red wheels. The ergonomic comfort of these was worth every penny. “Bought watch strap and pleasantly surprised by the very high quality better than the original bought with the watch in Lucerne several years ago. Included a smart lug removal tool and very clever new lugs that could be snapped in place with an integral catch using a thumb nail. Most impressive. Great price too!”
