“Overall, an okay experience. Postage was very quick, but the packaging of the product wasn’t great; very small & thin cardboard box, with nothing around the knife to protect it except it’s original packaging. When I opened the box to reveal the knife for the first time, it looked like it had already been opened and touched (fingerprints/marks seemed to be present on parts of it). This was quite weird and inconvenient. The engravings I added to mine also turned out to be a bit different to how they were presented to me when I was preparing them on the website (font was larger & placement was slightly off). However, despite all of that, the value was great and the knife was in perfect condition (after I cleaned it).”

“I got a classic red camping pen knife. Medium size, just as described on the site. Came in perfect condition in a new box, and was nicely engraved as I had wanted it. So why only 4 stars? Well, the blades are quite hard to pull out for people who have short or weak fingernails. Anyway, they're stiff and somewhat inconvenient.”
