“Amazed at how quick the service was - ordered Tuesday, here on Wednesday. Quality of engraving excellent. Although another site looked cheaper, the turnaround, postage and quality made this one by far the best deal. Engraving on the blade of a Swiss Army Knife looked brilliant.”

“Wanted a watch bracelet (stainless steel) for my wife's watch, found one at the Swiss-Store, ordered it. It was to my surprise delivered the very next day, complete with a tool to help me to replace the leather strap. There were no instructions, but it seemed obvious, everything was very tight, so phoned Swiss-Store, spoke to Jack Matthews, he explained what to do AND then sent some pictures of how to do it! EXCELLENT service, fully recommended Thank you Swiss-Store”

Hi Peter, Apologies for the issues on your order. An email with a free returns label was sent to you the day after we recieved your complaint. We have now changed the description on the large flask to the mug and refunded your order in full. Once again apologies for the misunderstanding.
