“I ordered two Swiss army knives as gifts for friends who have been outstanding in the support and help, which they have shown and given me while I have been recovering from illness, The following morning, I was reviewing my order and realized that I had made a spelling mistake, "I had opted to have the knives engraved", I phoned customer services and spoke to the person who had just processed my order, he couldn't have been more helpful, he corrected the spelling and I received the two knives the following morning. Two first class knives for two first class friends. Thank You.”

“Having lost my Swiss Army knife I looked for a replacement and found this site. The product was offered at a bargain price and gave a detailed description I therefore purchased it. The product was despatched almost immediately and arrived well packaged and in excellent condition.it was exactly as described and suited my needs perfectly, I would recommend this company to anybody looking for these products.”
