“Expensive for what we received, my order put the item into the basket and wasn't aware that there were different sizes and tool option. So as a complete novice to this she ordered the wrong item which can't be returned as it was also personalised. BE CAREFUL.”

“I'm so thrilled with my purchase, and very pleased with the efficiency with which my order was dealt with it was beautifully engraved and sent out within a couple of days. There was a small issue with the pouch I ordered and how the friendly and helpful staff dealt with and fixed the issue was reassuring. I would absolutely order from this site again 10/10.”
