“Ordered a replacement watch strap for a Mondaine watch and what I got was not fit for purpose. Even took it to a jewellers to see if they could make it work and they told me I would be better to put it straight in the garbage. Waste of my time and money, stay away from this site as what they sell has not been checked and you end up with any old rubbish.”

“I bought a Victorinox Mini Champ Classic Red Swiss Army Knife as I lost my original one some time ago. Small and unobtrusive in your pocket. Has everything I need. Superb quality. I had mine engraved, which looks good. Only issue is, I bought a silicone pouch which is not a good fit for this chunky little knife. My other small SAK does fit in nicely. Pleased with the knife and looking forward to purchasing a larger model”

“This is my second wenger bag, last one i used extensively for 5 years without any issues. The quality of this bag is superb, Extremely practical with a very well thought out design to boot. I never look anywhere else for a hard wearing practical back pack.”

“Girl at the end the phone very helpful but I had to contact you to report that my return item had not been processed after 2 weeks. There was no communication from you especially when I was told you do not stock the item I had returned. Why was I not informed about the situation? It appears your return department is very inefficient and dilatory.”

“Unless you are willing to be really, extremely upset every day and have a lot of money to lose, you might want to explore elsewhere. Their email responses will be delayed, and they won't pick up on calls. I was only able to receive my money back with the help of TONELiMITED.CO. It is my hope that one day I will be imprisoned.”
