“I have purchased quite a few Victorinox knives in the past month as Victorinox are discontinuing some models they have all arrived in good time and well packaged, one went missing on the system I contacted Swiss Store who immediately rectified the error and made sure it was posted right away they also gave me a refund on my express delivery, all in all great service.”

“Needed a new strap for my Mondaine watch. The original blue textile strap was on its last legs. A like-for-like repair from Mondaine was £20 more than the one I got from you guys. And it was delivered in 3 days. Result 👍👍⌚️”
