“Order placed over the phone, for a small penknife which it seems the shops on the high street are now reluctant to sell. There was no time wasting and no hassle. I didn't have to work through a menu of options (press 1 for..... , press 2 for....) because I was able to get directly through to another human being! That's rarity these days. Order, albeit diminutive in size, arrived with the following postal delivery.”

“Hi, Parts were ordered for a Felco type 2 garden cutters that I received. Unfortunately I should have ordered Felco type 7 parts for repairing cutters. Further conversation showed that it was nill stock. As I said it was my fault, but the person I was speaking to appeared very vague in conversation. So as you thought right I went to your competitor and received the required parts the following day.”
