Poor quality engraving. Product replaced immediately, but replacement product also had very poor quality engraving. Are things not checked before sending out? Very disappointing, especially as priority service had been paid for to ensure delivery in time for a birthday. As 2 products had to be sent back for the same problem, it was not received on time.

Ordered a replacement watch strap for my mondiane watch and everything was extremely professionally dealt with. I received the strap with a free tool to help fix the strap onto the watch and this made it easy to administer. Thanks

I ordered two knifes for about 330 GBP on Nov. 17th. It was shipped the same day. I asked for tracking and the number was provided almost immediately. So far so good. However, since the 23th of November there is absolute no movement on the tracking info. Since more than a week now I try to get in contact with the customer service via sophie@outdoor365.co.uk as well as customerservice@outdoor365.co.uk, but thus far did not get a reply at all. That is rather dissappointing and not good customer service at all. Why are my e-mails ignored? I thought it would not be a problem to receive the items in time for Christmas, but it seems that I have to reorder them somewhere else. Not mentioning the high amount of money that I already paid. It really looks like the package got lost during shipment and there is absolutely no response from the customer service. Don't know what else I can do to get in contact with Swiss-Store. Therefore at least two thumbs down for me for this web shop. That is not how you treat customers. PS:Today (9th of December) I finally got a response when I filed a request through my account. I will see how the problem will be handled and revise my review accordingly. PS: Swiss-Store customer service sent a replacement with UPS express shipping and today (19th of December) it still arrived in time for Christmas. That is great. For everyone having issues with an order I would suggest to get in contact via the personal Swiss-Store account and file a request for the respective order. Then you will receive a reply within one day, which is great. Therfore I revise my Review to five stars now, because they sent a replacement order without any hesitation!!

Hi Michael, I am sorry there has been issues with the delivery. It sounds to me like it has gone missing in the post. I have emailed you to confirm your delivery address, so we can resend this to you on UPS so you would have it for Christmas. Initially the product was out of stock BUT Swiss-store emailed me when product was now available and I received my lovely pocket knife 2 days later. Great shopping experience

Very efficient - I have a Mondaine watch. They seem to work for every, but have to replace the strap every few years. This time ordered online from Swiss Store. No-one in my neck of the woods stocks them! Shropshire. A tool for changing the strap included, but my arthritic hands cannot cope. A helpful local jeweller does this for me for a minimal charge. Must now be the third time. A hint for anyone else in the same position.
