“Impressed by the swift service and delivery as well as the emailed apology for omitting part of the order which, again, was despatched and delivered the next day. As the irem was a gift for a grandson I have not yet seen it!”

“Easy to use website lots of models to choose from. Postage is quick and customer service is quite good too. I wish they used a points scheme for loyal customers so you could get discounts on their products like the 360 outdoor group use on the multitool store.”

“Excellent communication on progress of order from start to delivery finish from Swiss Store and their estimate of delivery within 2 - 3 working days was exactly right. I loved the Alox scales and, of course, the general quality of the items. My only gripe (minor) was that I thought the Alox Pioneer should have a pair of scissors to make it complete.”
