“For the price you get very little. It isn't very durable looking. The Mondaine rubber strap, similar price, lasted 15 months !!! I doubt this will manage that. Utterly overpriced !!!”

“I have a small white-face MONDAINE wrist watch, that I bought in 2014 and wear all the time, both in the office, for leisure, and for manual tasks like repairing machines and digging the garden. It is very reliable, but has a smaller (30mm) face than most current Mondaine men's watches, and it needs a 16mm wide watch strap when the old strap eventually wears out. These are difficult to obtain in high-street stores, (often being too short for a man's wrist and not always of good quality) but Swiss Store can supply a high quality, genuine Mondaine leather watch strap very speedily. I am happy with the excellent fit and quality of my new watch strap from Swiss-Store. The website was clear and inforrmative, the order process easy, and the speed of delivery was 5-star. The cost was a bit high compared with high-street offerings, but this is a high quality product and you get what you pay for.”

“I ordered the Victorinox Nail Clip 580 “Red Edelweiss” Swiss Army Knife from this retailer, despite the fact that it was $12 cheaper at another (US-based) online store who I’ve shopped with in the past. The American retailer did not have it in stock at the time, and I was willing to pay extra because I wanted it as soon as possible. I even paid $15 for the Express Air Courier shipping option, which was only supposed to take 3-4 business days. My shipment did not arrive for a full week, and when it did I received the “Jelly Red” version of the Nail Clip 580 in an unsealed box. That color scheme was priced $6 cheaper than the one I paid for (which was still $13 more than the other place charged). I shipped the wrong version I got back three days ago, but have not yet received my refund. Definitely do not order from this company unless you want to overpay for the wrong product, only to have it delivered behind schedule. I personally will never deal with them again.”
