“payed for next day delivery, they never even bothered to send my package out of the warehouse??? friend missed his birthday gift and it was a joint present from multiple people so they were all mad too. swiss store seriously dont care that your spending money on their products and might ship your product if they feel like it.”

“I was extremely disappointed when my laptop bag arrived. I recently was given an older Swiss bag and liked it so I ordered what I hoped would be the same bag. When I received it the quality was nothing like the older bag. I expected a premium product was it was a cheap looking bag I could have purchased anywhere. On a positive note ordering and delivery was seamless as was the return”
