“This is my second purchase of this same rucksack. The first one had lasted well but had come to the end of its natural life for me (about 10 years). For me the size and design is perfect. I have a 16” laptop plus various needed small accessories. The pockets are extremely flexible and having two drinks container ones is great for reusable water and coffee containers. It is well made throughout which makes it good value as it will last well.”

“Excellent service. I ordered the Victorinox Rescue knife online as I am in a Mountain Rescue team. Just after I had ordered I realised that a replacement toothpick was available for my much treasured Victorinox Hunstman, bought for me by a wonderful lady over thirty years ago. A quick phone call to your customer services and the lady I spoke to took payment for the replacement toothpick and arranged for the items to be posted out together. Your colleague also provided details of a company who ship knifes back to Victorinox for servicing for a very reasonable price. The Huntsman is due some TLC as it's served me so well for many years. The Rescue Knife is a great bit of kit and the glow in the dark element is not only extremely practical for night operations but has a real 'wow' factor.....it's like magic 😀 Keep up the great work Swiss Store”
