“I was initially delighted to receive the Swiss knife ordered for my grandson together with the pouch. The pouch chosen was unfortunately too small so I’ve emailed Swiss-store notifying of this and requesting a return label. I have had no response to this so I emailed again and now been advised my request will be answered. The post sales service is non existent which has spoiled both my grandson’s birthday and also my dealings with SS. Subsequent to my comments. SS has gone out of its way to correct the problem and has been very kind in replacing the pouch with two for my very lucky grandson to choose from. May I compliment SS on its brilliant and generous response A big thank you to everyone at SS”
