“I had problems making a payment after placing the order, so emailed for help. I received a reply over the weekend with an alternative link to a payment method and this went through fine. The knife supplied is in a box and looks first class. The engraving quality is excellent - it will be interesting to see how long it lasts. All in all a good experience after my initial frustration.”

“Big fan of the CyberTool 34 Swiss Army Knife. This was the second one I bought (one at home, one in the office). I have to say the quality of the engraving on the knife Swiss Store made was not very good, but the knife itself is excellent. Very good for IT-related jobs.”
