“Excellent, extremely prompt and customer focused service. I placed my order on the Sunday before Christmas (last minute panic for a 21st birthday present). A gentlemen called me on the Monday to tell me the colour I had ordered was out of stock, but there were 2 other colour options. I received the item on the Wednesday. This was when other well/over used internet shopping sites were all saying they couldn't get their items to me in time for Christmas. Very impressive. and of course the swiss jelly card I ordered was as fantastic a product as ever! Everything most people would want in their handbag/purse for emergencies.”

“Great gift for a father who's hard to buy for! Because I got the gift engraved it was taken out of it's original packaging- which of course I expected. However, it was put back into original package and sellotaped over - considering this was a gift it didn't look too great , I would have liked better packaging but no real worries as I have put it in a box with no paperwork or authenticity. Still a nice, but expensive, little gift!”
