“I received the Swiss Army knife from them and had asked for it to be laser engraved with my God Son's name. They did this, unfortunately it was a bit of a mess with the surrounding case badly scratched. I emailed them directly but didn't receive a response. I've had to send the gift off as it is now, so not particularly happy.”

“Found this Company extremely helpful even to phoning me to ask which font I wanted inscribed on the knife. I had omitted this on the form. I would definitely shop with them again .”

“I bought a Swiss army knife for my husband as an anniversary gift. He was delighted with his gift. Just what he was looking for. Only criticism I have is that the engraving was very pale not easy to see. Would have preferred in a darker colour. But all in all very happy.”

“Thank you so much for your wonderfully efficient service. The Swiss Army knife arrived the next day before 1pm as promised. The engraving was perfect including the addition I requested at the very last moment and after the order had been accepted. My grandson was truly delighted with his individualised 16th birthday gift. Total success !”

“This was a gift to a gentleman who is both a friend and an excellent carpenter and joiner. He has gone to great lengths to discuss wood and ageing of trees with us and we thought this Swiss Army knife in a wood case would be the ideal Christmas Present. The items is of a high quality and worth every penny.”

“Excellent service and delivery. The rucksack was a little extra, but you notice it when used, For example, I can get one from another make for £40 cheaper, however it lacked on extremely important item - the handle on the top of the bag. When you take a ruck sag off your back and its heavy, how are you supposed to hold it, if that handle is flimsy and starts bitting into the skin of your hand ?”

“A n excellent service from Swissarmy. I have worn my old knife for almost 5oyrs since I used to live in the Berneroberland. The only complaint I have is that the knife, when delivered, is missing the small internal pin. Any chance of getting one delivered to me?”
