“Girl at the end the phone very helpful but I had to contact you to report that my return item had not been processed after 2 weeks. There was no communication from you especially when I was told you do not stock the item I had returned. Why was I not informed about the situation? It appears your return department is very inefficient and dilatory.”

I am sorry that this wasn't the case in this situation. Regarding the watch strap size you mentioned, it appears that this particular size is not something we stock. “Unless you are willing to be really, extremely upset every day and have a lot of money to lose, you might want to explore elsewhere. Their email responses will be delayed, and they won't pick up on calls. I was only able to receive my money back with the help of TONELiMITED.CO. It is my hope that one day I will be imprisoned.”

“Don't put your money in this place. They take it fast, but when you want it back, they vanish. I lost almost $97,455.80 to them.
