“I have no problem with the product and my husband loves it. My issue is with delivery I paid for next day delivery and had to wait a further day. Was told there was an issue in my area holding up delays. I did contact the supplier to ask why there was a delay as I paid a lot out for postage but never heard anything back. I believe I should have at least been given a refund for the postage but have not been offered this either.”

“Never used this company before, but i'm sure I will in the future! Web site is straight forward and easy to navigate, Item ordered was delivered on time and exactly as described, and well packaged! Engraving was clean, TBH couldn't be more pleased. Well done guys! Regards, Mick Cooper.”

“We are a multi-generational Swiss Army knife family. Woodworkers, tree planters and multiple engineering workers! We have a marvellous variety of knives. When his father died this year, my son discovered in the workshop any number of knives and decided to take a picture of them all. This will be done after Christmas when I will forward it to you. In the meantime, I was delighted to find the wooden handled knife, which I have bought for my son, inscribed from his father to him - he will be so thrilled.”

“Having decided what model I wanted to buy, the website did not direct me to an order or buy page. Most annoying! I tried several times. Also, I was expecting the knife to be in a nice box when delivered but it was disappointingly very small. Not good for a present. I will not be using your company again.. it wasn’t clear that the VAT would be added at the end.”
