“Purchased XT 3x10 crankset, front derailleur, front shifter in Oct 2024. All supplied in good condition, no problems. International delivery was prompt but very expensive. No option for slow/cheap delivery. (Deducted one star for this high cost) In my country, Shimano seem unwilling to stock XT triple-ring equipment so I am very grateful Swinnerton will ship it.”

“Seems to be a quality product. It arrived on time and was easy to install. Some customization was needed but that’s to be expected with fenders. The packing was not enough. One of the fenders had a dent in it that I assumed happened during transit. Not a big problem. Overall I’m satisfied.”

“Ordered a front wheel, really great price as well, very well packed. Only problem I had was I had to send a email to the team that deals with online ordering. Because every time I checked the status online of my order it just kept saying waiting dispatch. This was 3-4 days after payment, but after I sent email came within 24hr. So I would recommend buying from this company definitely 👍”

“I Struggled to get thru the system to pay with PayPal with known issues on their system, talked me thru it and got the pre order done ... Still waiting on my t type lower plates mech cage as SRAM seem to be putting back the release of the cage without clutch. Which SRAM have pushed back to currently 13/01/2025”

“Met Universal Front Helmet Pad - Price seemed extortionately high for something which probably cost pennies to manufacture but that seems to be an issue for the manufacturer, rather than the retailer, to address (as is the fact that it needed replacing after only 1 year). For Swinnerton's part, at least they stocked the part and handled the order efficiently. Would buy from them again... not so sure about Met Helmets on the other hand...”

“light action on twist grip. comfortable on changer and fixed handlebar sections. Secure fixing for non-rotating section. Good exit angle for outer cable. Good cable adjuster. Disappointed no indication of gear No as previous 9 speed: will have to improvise for my Wife. I see the same omission on the 3 x more expensive option.”
