Seat post saddle clamp ears looked second hand with pinch bolt missing. Hole size was incorrect. Can only assume item was returned previously with fault but then resold without correct investigation. Had to clean out hole and use bolt from existing genuine trek emonda ears to make it work. Would have returned product but needed these asap to fit carbon rail seat.

Nul, l'alerte de disponibilité des pièces ne fonctionne pas. J'ai besoin d'une cale de serrage de tige de selle Basso Venta. Lorsque je renseigne mon adresse mail pour être alerté de la disponibilité de la pièce, ça ne fonctionne pas.

Hi, according to the description on your web site I identified my broken saddle as B 73 and ordered the corresponding saddle spares. But the delivered saddle spares are not the right ones. They are much to short. Unfortunately a return for exchange is not be worth because of the high post charges to England. Kind regards

sorry guys, i paid a bleeding kit for a dominion a4, like your picture, and non-compliant item arrived, not in the same price range. I hope it was a mistake but I can't return it as it is open.

Many of the products listed on their website don't contain enough information for customers to purchase the right components. I won't be buying again from here.

Twice I tried to pay with PayPal, only for the payment to be generated, but order not completed due to mobile field not being populated. Swinnerton blame PayPal, bit should stop offering the facility, if their systems can't cope. My 2nd complaint didn't even get a response

Ordered "Bronze" color but recieved "Orange" color components. $150 (with shipping) down the drain !

So happy to be able to review this joke of a company. We recently purchased a very specific fork reducer. It cost $160 in shipping to get it to us. The part that arrived was a generic thru axle. When we contacted the company with the discrepancy from what we had ordered they said the website had ported info and picture from another page and that we should have read the description better. The description was for the part we wanted and I had fortunately copy pasted the description in the email with them. They told us they would look into it and then never responded to another email. We contacted our card company and were asked to provide some info. Since the last email correspondence with Swinnerton, they had changed the description of the item to reflect what they had sent us. We were able to provide that info and got a full refund onto our card by the third party dispute group. Take pics of everything if you have to order from this company. Use a credit card and don't forget there is recourse.

Zero communication!! Only ordered 2 items (CamelBak Insulated Steel water bottle), both in stock, I then only received one with no notice that the other had went out of stock. I waited several days & eventually checked the website again. I then found it was on back order for 104 days!!! I messaged via website and i was issued with a refund after another couple days... Still with absolutely no communication...AVOID THESE AS OTHERS HAVE HAD SIMILAR ISSUES - TAKE YOUR MONEY & NEVER EVEN HAD STOCK!!!!

Extremely long delivery time. I understand the cause of customs clearance... But no communication or in any case very bad. I've still been waiting for my package for a month. I am waiting for a parcel tracking that I have been requesting for more than a week. For an international order I do not recommend.

I ordered a park tool digital calliper in April 2024 and only received it in June 2024. I took over a month to take delivery despite calling to check up on the order. There was no comms from Swinnerton Cycles what so ever. Thankfully I eventually received the item

Ordered a Pinarello Top Cap, Never received item. Tracking number said it was delivered, but it went to somewhere in the U.K. and signed for from someone but it wasn"t me. Fed Ex was no help.As far as they are concerned it was delivered. This company may not be legit. Would not recommend ordering anything from.them.

Blatantly sent me wrong item (2 loose bearings …should be a full maxhit headset at £130+)…and been stalling sending out headset with excuses. Very disappointing ,use to order quite often from them…not anymore!

Delivery of the item I ordered was delayed by nearly 3 weeks. During this time, I receied ZERO proactive communicaitons from Swinnerton. Initiatlly, they didn't even tell me it was delayed (I had to inquire), after which, three new delivery dates came and went, and still no delivery nor any proactive communication. I had to continue to chase. Their prices are good but their after-sale service is abismal.

Incredibly bad experience. The whole order was done because of a repair kit for bike brakes. Not only I did NOT receive that part (I've got something else) I also lost significant money because of this faulty order. The store decided to refund me the part I ordered claiming they can't ship the proper item. The refund was only for the part, not the shipping which was costly to Europe. Communication was average, at best.
