“The Grips were too short and in the pics you can see it more long like 130mm”

“I ordered a brooks saddle online on a good offer, however when it arrived the box was totally smashed up. Let Swinnerton know of the issue and their solution was that I come into Stoke and they would give me a new box. Does not really help me as I never come into Stoke, and defeats the whole reason why I ordered on-line, and no response to my e mail saying I cannot get into Stoke. Will not be ordering again from Swinnerton as I could get the same deal elsewhere.”

“Sadly swinnertons are using DPD as a courier service. That are useless, unprofessional and once again failed to deliver as arranged so had to travel miles to depot. I will not be using swinnertons again because of their courier choice.”

“Don't bother giving email address to get a discount. The code they give doesn't work when you buy anything. Bit naughty really but have now blocked them from my email”

“I ordered a replacement strap for my Garmin Forerunner on 18/09/17. The item was not dispatched until 07/09/17 and didn't arrive until 08/09/17. This delay was totally unacceptable and despite emailing the company to enquire about my purchase, Swinnerton chose not to respond.”

“Poor. Don't buy online. They advertise stock, take your money, then advise you the bike's on its way, later to be told there's no stock from supplier and refund you in 10 days. So what happened to the bike on its way!? No assistance to find or offer an alternative either. Very poor.”

“Mail package was not properly packed and products ordered (Brooks Limited Edition saddles) were damaged when they arrived. Swinnerton initially appeared interested in compensating, but I have not heard anything since. Talk about sincerity! SAD! (to quote Trump, and I'm not a Trump fan).”

“Knowingly sent the wrong size (mislabelled) shoes to me. They state in their email that it's my fault for not knowing that Bont don't label their shoes correctly and then made me pay postage in return. They knew that these shoes were not labelled correctly yet did not state so on product page. The shoes were also sold as brand new yet they turned up used. When questioned Swinnerton admitted that they were ex display. They still refused to pay return postage. I will never shop with Swinnerton ever again. Horrible customer service, treated like an idiot - which i suppose i was to have shopped with them. Avoid!!!!”
