“Unbelievably rude customer service I paid extra for the express delivery as the bike shop was holding onto my bike to get the correct part. (I didn’t feel I could block up their storage so wanted the part ASAP). Original order was on the 20th. On the 24th, I chased the order as I could see it hadn’t been dispatched. After I didn’t receive the call back I was told I would get, I received an email in in the afternoon to say it was dispatched. On the 26th as they still hadn’t received the part in the morning, I sent an email to say that I felt the delay was not great, considering I paid extra for postage. (The part eventually arrived 6 days after my order, late in the afternoon). I had anticipated the answer would be an apology and the postage refunded, even in part to a standard postage. Instead I was called ‘Karen’ when I clearly wrote my name was Sarah and I have been told this has been used in e mail reference as an insult. I wasn’t jumping up and down about it just feeding back about the postage! This was then answered with ‘As you wish’ I will cancel your order’. Which I didn’t ask for and was actually not cancelled. Very childish!”

“Placed an order for items that were shown as in stock, did not turn up for nearly 4 weeks, had to follow up only to be told that they didn't know where one of the items was. The remainder of the order was shipped and received, but still no idea on the final item... i've asked for a refund.”
