“I was a little bit nervous about ordering my sons bike online especially as some of the reviews were negative. I placed my order on a Sunday and phoned on the Monday as I just wanted to check order was ok. Spoke to Will who put my mind at ease and said bike should be with me by Saturday which it was, fully assembled. Great service. I cannot review on the bike as yet as it is a Christmas present.”

“First time customer of Swinnertonn Cycles. Only place I could find that had the chainset I wanted in stock in the crank length/tooth count combination I wanted. On top of which it was a genuine black friday price reduction and delivery with a decent courier, dhl, was included. Very good experience, thank you.”
