Conrad Having tested your e-scooter various times and the manufacturer also testing both scooters and neith ourselves or the manufacturer could replicate any Faults. The 1st scooter was replaced as good will and the 2nd scooter we have issued a full refund of which the credit company will re-imburse we have gone far beyond what we are required to by law to help you out so if you think that that is bad customer service then TBH we would rather not have you as a customer!

Sent me the wrong item, and then insisted it was my fault. It turns out the product code on the website didn't match the item description, and they didn't actually have the item described in stock. I get that mistakes happen, but was appalled by the attitude of customer service, who insisted on knowing the purpose of what I'd ordered, as if it was likely that I was mistaken as to what I wanted. They also failed to refund the return postage fee, in spite of having agreed to do so. Not a huge sum, but a little barb in the tail nevertheless.

Rubbish customer service every time I’ve been in. Very awkward and rude. Seems like if they don’t know you or not in the click they don’t care.. I called a couple of weeks ago because my wife said I could pop in for a look around and possibly buy a few things I had in mind because I was passing and they wouldn’t let me past the door. Very disappointed as I had the go ahead to spend money on myself for a change. COVID can’t be an excuse to not let you browse. I wasn’t even going to lick anything I was fully masked up. The top and bottom of it is poor customer service and COVID is their excuse. Unless they know you of course. They lost a sale or two there and I’m sure they will lose a lot from passing trade. I have a mtb ,two road bikes and my sons both have bikes and I won’t be using them again. Sorry I can’t and won’t recommend them to anyone. Cycling is an expensive sport and money is best spent elsewhere in my opinion.

HI Marco, Unfortunately we are not a large organisation that has a large number of staff to fall back on, our priority is to protect our Staff and Customers so that we can continue to provide a service to customers who in the whole are considerate and fully understand the strains and the load the current pandemic has put on our business sector and retailing and other business in general. We as a business have had to change the way we operate over the last 18 months and TBF we think we have done alright not having a single member of staff catch the virus which means we have been able to service customers fully through the pandemic. So in truth we are not going to apologise for the fact that we don’t just let customers roam around we are in fact proud of the restrictions that we have put in place to create a safe experience for customers and staff in our shop.

53 € for Shipping a 23€ part and then it takes more than 2 weeks,Three emails and no responds... - sorry but even one star is too much.

It takes them more than 2 weeks to deliver to Germany. But the delivery is 52€ for a 25€ part.

Product arrived much later than expected. No reply to e-mail requesting return details. No answer to call on any of the 3 phone numbers listed online.

Hi Ross, your email was replied to at 16:05 on the 29/04/2021 we are currently short staffed so struggling to get to all phone calls at the moment. A bad experience all round, paid for express delivery, but had to chase it up several times before it was sent out, after not hearing a word from them. Parcel was just left outside house with packaging bike and property all damaged. Sent in photos as requested, but once again received no response before chasing it up, another week later I've still not heard from them apart from this review request. Seems nothing happens unless you call them repeatedly, customer service is none existent.

AVOID AT ALL COST, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Excuses after excuses given to me on my order. I have given them 2 chances to resolve this and each time they failed to resolve. Called the first time after on the Monday to find out where the order was, they advised that it hadn't shipped. Second time I called 2 days later to be told that it was a mis-scanning issue with courier and that they would have to order again and should be with them today (1st Feb 2021) for despatch to me for delivery 2nd Feb 2021, when i phone at midday today i was told the order has missed the run today and this it would be with them on the 2nd and then with me later in the week, This is not acceptable. There is a pandemic but if you cannot meet the targets and keep providing excuses after excuses not related to the pandemic as to why an order has taken nearly 2 weeks to actually fulfil then i suggest you either stop your mail order process and also change your courier from the warehouse to your shop and get some proper processes in place to mitigate these issues.

Very clearly marked on their website, Di2 hydraulic Ultegra shift lever, ordered it, they charged me for the Di2 priced product and then sent me a mechanical shifter.

Whole transaction was fishi. Ordered Shimano 105 rear break yet received a front one. Ok, can happen but when u clearly tamper with the box, unwrapping the rear one and put a front one in instead. Now that smells. The box says clearly rear break, but contained a front one with broken seals and wrappings with fixing nut flying loosely in the box. Clear intent there. Hate to be taken for a fool. However found a good use for it. Quite disappointed.

They should have told me that the TA Specialites chainring bolts that I had ordered were not available instead of shipping an item that did not match the photo on their website

Sales guy was quite rude with me. Tbh it has happened a couple of times I won’t be back for a while. Only went to collect an item I had order from the web site.

I placed my order on the 12th got despatched on the 17th i emailed 4 days later to see were it was took for me to contact them to find out my order was bounced back then re dispatched still waiting for it on the 25th its a joke as paid for p and p too

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered part which took 4 days to despatch, a week later not received so I rang them. Told me that it had been sent to wrong address but has been resent to me on 21st August. Now 24th, two weeks after order and still not arrived
