“Ordered a bearing and some brake pads on Wednesday, paid £6 delivery. Didn't arrive until the Thursday of the following week. "All out products are shipped by FedEx providing unprecedented reliability and speed" I phoned on Monday and was assured it would arrive Tuesday. Tracking said the package wasn't even picked up till Monday for next day delivery. Quite frustrating.”

“I needed a new gear hanger for my 6 years old bike and found it difficult in trying to find the correct one. I rang Swinnerton and my problem was solved within minutes. Great company to deal with and competitive prices.”

“The item in question (a Mahle e-bike display) appears to be rare as hen’s teeth at the moment so I was delighted to find Swinnerton had it in stock. And promptly dispatched, taking into account a Bank Holiday weekend.”

“I ordered an " in stock " item . I waited 10 days and contected Swinnerton .In stock at suppliers was the line . Was promised a call back to find out what's happened . Noone called back I called Again the next day to cancel . Got an email confirmation of tge cancellation . 3 days later the item turned up and my refund didn't. Totally pathetic and couldn't have got everything more wrong”
