You are a very good company. On the other hand, the UPS courier company you use is a very shitty company. They were over a week late with the shipment for me.

Swindleton cycles took the money out of my account in May but, as yet three months later I have not received anything. I have tried cancelling three times but to no avail. Mastercard, over to you!

You sent the wrong Item, ignored my emails and then I had to pay for return an item I didn't order. Had to claim the refund via the Paypal resolution centre.

Very poor customer service, problems with DHL collection from the store and overdue delivery that has never been received. Poor response from shop, refund required.

I just received my overseas package and was shipped the wrong item. Very disappointed. I have emailed Swinnerton Cycles twice through their online account and have received no response. My opinion of Swinnerton is that they operate a corrupt and unethical business and would not recommend purchasing from their online site.

Item never received . Courier tracking said out for delivery but never arrived, never delivered , no card left , no correspondence from courier , only got a message from Swinnerton at the third time of asking . The product is still floating around no mans land apparently . Wouldn't use again , sorry guys.

He comprado un pedalier BB30 T47 I.B. 85.5mm y por un lado el cierre es de 30mm y por el otro es de 28mm por lo que no me vale y en la factura aparece que es de 30mm. Me gustaría una solución. Gracias de antemano.

Awful customer service. After 7 emails trying to get my point across they messed up my order, it wasn't until I posted on social media they admitted they made a mistake. After agreeing they would refund in full and my return postage cost I sent the item back. Full PayPal refund came through for item and a separate payment came through to cover my return postage, which had a PayPal fee deduction as they sent it via goods and services - for an item I ordered not them! Gave up trying to get though to the arrogant customer service that they still owed me 45p (it's the principal of it) as this was their last response "I have done exactly as I am authorised to, and exactly as I have done it since day one. I can help you no further" Cheeky, arrogant and rude.

I ordered a Milkit booster bottle. The picture clearly showed the booster valve attached. It arrived without the booster valve. Up date your website so the picture reflects accurately what you are still

Very poor customer service, will only deal via e-mail, and even then anonymously... When I did manage to speak to someone , the options discussed were not reliable . AVOID postal orders. And refund is used as ransom .

I ordered the wrong part and as website offered no option for exchange clicked the return button and requested an exchange and after a week still no answer, this is very poor not to respond at all

I ordered an equipped Ridgeback Supenova from Swinnerton and it arrived well packaged so no fault with the courier. The bike so so poorly put together that it was not rideable. Most of the bolts were loose. The back wheel was incorrectly assembled so it had to be taken off and reassembled. The dynamo (lights) were not working and the chain guard was incorrectly assembled so it was rubbing in the chain. The bike also had lots of scratches on the body, on the mudguards and on the accessories. Finally the bell was upside down in a position that prevented the gears from being used. I emailed Swinnerton with photos and initially they replied that they couldn’t see the photos so I emailed more photos in the largest format possible taken with a zoom lens. They didn’t reply. Eventually I called out our local qualified bike repair specialist who has reassembled the bike and sorted it out. He was absolutely appalled at how badly the bike was assembled. I emailed Swinnerton again asking what they were going to do about it. They ignored my email again. It has cost me more than I saved by buying cheaply from them to resolve the issues because of course I had to pay for the reassembly. My next move is to go to consumer advice and I will take this as far as I need to go because people like Swinnerton’s should not be allowed to get away with such poor assembly and customer service and keep getting customers. I hope people read this review and take note. Go elsewhere even if it costs more. You will save money in the long run.

Hi One star because 2 times through your website tried contacting you with no reply. I have not received this rotor magnet as DHL have told me they have lost it tracking no 42032440002255 they told me to get in touch with you which I have Done but you are not replying.

I placed an order on 23 February for a dura ace cassette for 542.95€ (order ID 70130). Craig tells me on March 7th that the product is not in stock. I asked for a refund on 10 March, I followed up on 16 March and 28 March. They ignore the customers' e-mails. I therefore informed the French DGCCRF and the English ECC-NET by registered mail today. You should not order on this website which does not consider its customers. It's so sad.

Placed an order on a Tuesday evening and paid for express delivery but didn't receive the item until the following Monday. I contacted Swinnerton regarding this but they have completely ignored me.
