“Not great. Bought a sram shifter set listed as a left and right shifter in the advert and on the box. Turned up and it was just a left shifter. After a few back and forth’s with Will in customer service (who was very good) I was told that the listing was wrong and it was for a single shifter. Posted the shifter back for a refund. Customer service was good, the outcome and buying experience was bad.”

“Fast delivery of quad lock part unfortunately the wrong part for which I’d paid for, phoned them and explained and they sorted it and refunded my postage to send back and shipped the right bit immediately Will shop again Rob”
