“I ordered the product didn’t hear anything from supplier tried calling no answer then I received a refund then about 2 days later they processed the payment again and sent me the wrong parts now i can’t get hold of anyone to send them back waste of time”

“Kinesis Fend Off Mudguards - Great product, worth paying that bit extra for the quality. Had to straighten out the reduced section on the front mudguard to ensure enough clearance for a 28cc tyre, nice touch with the added cutout mud flaps to provide extra cover to stop your fellow riders getting covered in crud.”

“What excellent service!!! Wheels were unfortunately overlooked by quality control and the finish far below what I had expected. After contacting Barney (who was very helpful and honest) and sending pictures of my concerns he quickly arranged for the return and replacement wheels without any fuss. Super service highly recommended. I am sure I will be purchasing from Swinnerton again in the future. Keep up the good work! Many thanks!”
