Hi Easy mistake to make. The M30 bottom bracket you ordered is meant specifically for the Praxis M30 axle system, which has a stepped 30/28mm axle. You’re welcome to send it back for a refund, or exchange for a straight 30mm bottom bracket. You could also replace the bearing in the 28mm side with a standard 6806 30mm bore bearing to fit your RaceFace chainset if that is easier for you. I will update the product description to add the axle dimensions to make it more clear what M30 means. Feel free to drop us an email to help@swinnertoncycles.co.uk if you want to return it.
