“Excellent , fast efficient service . I brought the same item from Halfords for my other grandson only 4 weeks prior, but Swinnerton Cycles sold the same for £17 cheaper . Thank you will definitely be the first place I come to from now on”

“Absolutely brilliant! I searched hi and Lo to find some suitable cycling shoes and specialist cleats as I have size 51 feet..... I only wish google put them higher up in the search engine as the service was faultless...... I called to confirm what I wanted as the web doesn’t always get it right when you don’t speak to someone and I was greeted by a friendly and very knowledgable chap. They state on the website that delivery was approximately 3 days but the gentleman promised that if I completed the order online he would get it out on a next day delivery...... well guess what, early the next morning the shoes and cleats arrived! Friendly, straightforward, helpfull and easy to use! I will definitely be using them again..... thank you for a great experience and a dose of good old fashioned customer service 👍.....”
