“Wrong bolt sent out and after an initial couple of email replies to say they were resolving the issue I'm still without the correct part and getting no reply from the company.”

“Very helpful, knowledgeable bike shop with great communication. I wanted a pretty hard to get frameset and they kept me informed of every delay (from the supplier) while we waited for it to arrive.”

“Swinnerton had all the items I was looking for in stock and cheaper than everywhere else on the web. Despatch was prompt and despite an issue with the first package going missing, they didn't mess about and sent a replacement package out straight away which arrived the following day. Customer service is earned based on how a company responds to an issue and Swinnerton were first class.”
