“Bought an indoor trainer from Swinnerton's, very simple to order, sent out and arrived very quickly, so no complaints with them at all. The free trial for the training software that came in the box didn't work which was a bit of a pain as it would have been good to try another option but you can't blame Swinnerton's for that.”

“Had a few issues with a turbo trainer that looked used which seemed to have been an issue at the supplier end and not with Swinnerton. Within a week they’d sorted me a replacement and collected the return. Always nice to support independent stores and even better when they do everything they can to fix a problem. Will likely use again.”

“Ordered my tacx flux s around 10pm one evening and by 8 am the following morning I had an e Mail to state it had been dispatched. An hour after that I had a message from DHL to state my trainer would be with me next day. Unfortunately a delay on their part meant I got it the day after that but I was still amazed in the current climate I got such a large bulky item in such a speedy efficient way. A pleasure doing business with Swinnerton cycles and I would highly recommend and look forward to doing business again with them.”
