“Sent me the wrong item, and then insisted it was my fault. It turns out the product code on the website didn't match the item description, and they didn't actually have the item described in stock. I get that mistakes happen, but was appalled by the attitude of customer service, who insisted on knowing the purpose of what I'd ordered, as if it was likely that I was mistaken as to what I wanted. They also failed to refund the return postage fee, in spite of having agreed to do so. Not a huge sum, but a little barb in the tail nevertheless.”

“Great company and great service. I live in the US and ordered a bike part I couldn't find stateside. The Swinmerton website was easy to navigate, payment and currency exchange made simple, and they shipped immediately. I ordered on a Thursday, and they were delivered on Monday. I would do business with them again.”
