“Very happy with the saddle rivets. cheaper than others I'd found and just as good. Goods arrived within 48 hours. I will be looking at their website again if I need anything else.”

“Excellent service from Swinnerton Cycles. I messed up my order for replacement chainrings and ordered one the wrong size. When I realised that I'd messed up, I placed another (correct) order and cancelled the original one using Swinnerton Cycles' cancellation form which I e-mailed to them with minimum delay. The following morning, I telephoned and spoke to James. I explained the situation and he said that he would like out for my twin orders and make sure that the right one was cancelled. All sorted with minimum fuss, so much kudos to James and Swinnerton Cycles.”

“Email confirmation was late. When I emailed them chasing an ETA I had no reply. The part arrived two days after the email. P&P for small low value items is expensive. In my case my then the part value.”
