“This was the first time that I had dealt with Swinnerton Cycles and I have been very pleased with both the products that I purchased and the service that I received. One of the products that I purchased was a set of Profile Design handlebars. These have proved to be somewhat of a revelation to me and I have to say that they are the most comfortable bars that I have ever ridden. I have since purchased a second pair from Swinnerton to use with my summer bike. No complaints at all. Well done guys!”

“My fault entirely, but - after only two short rides - I realised that this otherwise superb Prologo saddle wasn’t suited to me. So I spoke with Paul Swinnerton, who immediately diagnosed my problem (too upright a position for that saddle) & offered to take it back for a full refund on return, which I’ve now duly achieved! SUPERB CUSTOMER CARE & EXPERTISE - WISH I’D SPOKEN TO THEM SOONER: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! ( I’ll be going to them FIRST in future!)”

“I just received my overseas package and was shipped the wrong item. Very disappointed. I have emailed Swinnerton Cycles twice through their online account and have received no response. My opinion of Swinnerton is that they operate a corrupt and unethical business and would not recommend purchasing from their online site.”

“Quick and easy to order. Fast delivery with good communication. I had to return bike because it was too big for me and arrange my own carrier which turned out difficult. Bike was returned but was damaged by carrier. Good communication from store with photos etc so I could claim carriers insurance. Would recommend Swinnerton Cycles.”

“Happy with the speed and simplicity of the ordering system. However, I wanted to return the item but my partner had inadvertently recycled the box. Swinnerton refused to receive the goods back which I feel wasn't the best customer service. I know it was my bad but feel they should still have taken the goods back. They were in perfect working order and they could easily have sold them on.”
