“Swinnerton were the only online cycle shop that had everything I wanted in stock: tubeless and disc brake tools, plus a thru-axle adapter for my car rack. A pretty diverse list, granted, but it shows that they know what modern cyclists need and are ahead of the bigger names on stocking. A speedier and more carefully handled delivery would have earned 5 stars. The box was broken open on arrival, though everything stayed inside (luckily) and delivery was within the stated timeframe.”

“Happy with the product but not with the length of the delivery. I expected better for £6 delivery charge. Ordered something from Sigmasports the same day as this order and that turned up in 2 days before the bank holiday. The issue was caused by the item needing to be shipped from their warehouse (or at least that was what I was told) before it could be shipped to me. If I'd known that I would have gone elsewhere.”

“Ordered two 42mm length stem inner tubes but got 1x42mm and 1x60mm. I emailed Swinnerton but got no reply. Very disappointed so I’ll advise to go elsewhere”

“My order was placed on 29/4/2023 and still not received 12/5/2023. I have paid £6.00 for postage and I have chased this order now 3 times. Unacceptable service and I will not use again.”
