Item hasnt turned up after a week. I ordered a bracket and two bolts for a race at the weekend obviously didn't arrive. Pointless ordering really.

Hi Nick, Apologies on this the item was dispatched on the 10th and should have been with you we have been chasing hermes on the delivery.

Bought and paid for Bontrager pedals. 8 days later still not shipped!!!! Even after two phone calls chasing the issue. Cancelled and refunded no problem. Bought from a proper company! If you want your purchase to arrive in a week or under don’t bother. Great birthday present it will be..,,very late no thanks to these people

They supplied the wrong replacement battery that I ordered from them, and I am still waiting for it. I have had no update on the progress for nearly a week. I might give a better review if I actually receive the correct battery, as the service was quite quick.

Hi Allan, i have chsed teh 575 battery up this morning and its due to us tomorrow i will arrange shipment an collection of the old unit as soon as battery lands as per previous conversation.

Not helpful. Poor at understanding what bearings I required when I clearly stated in writing and on phone “6903/61903”. Super slow at dispatching and very poor phone manner. Certainly won’t use again

Ordered some urgent items on a next day delivery service (£10 for the next day delivery which is the most expensive I can remember paying from any online shopping website ever). I ordered at 2pm Monday afternoon and the package didn't arrive until Thursday - when I raised this with the team at Swinnerton they just said the small print says 24 hours to pick and pack and it was ordered too late (2pm) on the Monday so this didn't start until Tuesday, etc etc. Not quite sure how that equates to 3 days to deliver - again, most online shopping sites like Wiggle, Sigma etc deliver next day when you order using their (substantially cheaper) next day service. Wont be using them again. Haven't checked the goods yet as I was flying on the Wednesday evening.

Hi, I needed a new sprocket in a hurry for a race on the saturday night. I called on the wednesday morning and was advised that if I placed the order with 24hr delivery I would get it. I duly placed the order at lunchtime paying for the 24hr delivery which cost more than the product. The notification of dispatch arrived a full day later on the thursday, on friday the package did not arrive, nor was it delivered on saturday morning. I tried tracking and emailed 2 fedex addresses and got no response untill monday morning. Finally the package arrived monday afternoon 5 days after placing the order and after my race. It was a pain, I had to find a sprocket in the paddock from someone and fit it in a hurry affecting the whole weekend and costing me more. It's now pointless having the one I bought from you. You could say I should have ordered earlier or you could blame fedex but either way it was a massive dissapointment and I'm reluctant to return. We now take it for granted that 24 hr delivery means 24hrs and all the small print in the world won't change that. I will do better at planning ahead in future. regards, pete

Nothing to do with Swinnerton themselves, but unfortunately have to give such a low rating due to using Hermes as a courier. Hermes are shocking compared to DPD/UPS, in fact any other courier I've had deliveries from. They are always late with constant updayeasaying with courier, then delayed, with courier, then delayed. Latest version this loop carried on for nearly a week before I had to call Swinnertons for them to complain to Hermes.

Still waiting for my order 13 days after placing. E-mailed them 7 days after placing order. Still awaiting a reply. If you try to phone regarding a web order you have to use a premium rate number. On the strength of the above performance I would avoid using Swinnertion Cycles

Usually had great experience from Swinnerton bought 2 bikes previously and various other gear. However tried to return a recent expensive purchase and found the girl on the phone very abrasive and unhelpful making everything difficult (24/08/19). So much so I've just decided to keep this kit in garage and look at it. Thanks wont be back!

Hi David, Thank you for your review but if find you comments and your scoring a bit harsh since the item was sent to you within 2 days as quoted, as you were not in to accept the order it was left with a neighbour by Fedex, within 1 hour of you contacting us we provided the deli9very information which should have been left by fedex, i think your poor review in this case reflects more to wards the fact that fedex did not provide a delivery card than the service you recieved from us.

Ordered a 41 30 wheels manufacturing press fit bottom bracket and only sent one for £40.00 ! The picture clearly shows two, is the same as the hope bottom bracket which you can buy for £50.00 and you get two, it's a bottom bracket should get two bearing 🤔

Hi Mr Keen Thank you for your review and the wmf bearings are sold individually as bearings wear at different rates, the bearing quality of the WMF is much higher than the Hope which we also sell this is why its almost double the price for a complete bottom bracket. The item is pictured as 2 but if you had read the description you can clearly see that it mentions that they are sold individually. For use in BB86/BB92/BB91/BB71-41/BB107 frames Dual-row flanged bearings for 30mm spindle cranks (FSA BB386EVO, Rotor 3d+, RaceFace Next SL, e.thirteen) Fits directly in frames with 41mm ID smooth bore bottom bracket shells You must use 30mm spindle cranksets with spindle lengths longer than 104mm Sold individually (You'll need to purchase two per frame)

Terrible service! Seven days after placing order i had to phone up to ask for details if when it would arrive. The lady kept me waiting on hold for two minutes than told me there was a problem with my order (Tyre levers and a saddle cover) and the man who dealt with internet sales wouldn't be back for another few days. After another seven days still no sign of my order. I phoned again, only to be told that they had forgotten to post my items! The staff didn't seem to care and struggled to apologise. Awful, uncaring staff. I will not ever buy again nor recommend them. Items took 17 days to arrive.

I ordered Q36.5 clothing on 14 May 2019, to date all I received are two requests from Swinnerton cycles to give a review. I contacted them by there email contact form, I did not hear anything back. I called their internet sales telephone nu,er it i always busy, plus in addition the number charges you extra just to ring them to see where my items are. FEdex are the delivery company...they have had them in their warehouse since Wednesday 15th May today is the 22 May and I still have no items. Hard to believe Fedex warehoue is only an hour away from me. Shocking service from all !

Pretty poor service. I ordered an item on the 28th of December and heard nothing until I phoned them on the 9th of January when they said they would send it out for immediate delivery. Great, but, their courier company then messed up the first delivery, on a Friday, and refused to deliver on a Saturday. So an order for a 2 inch bolt, that was in stock and would fit in an envelope, has still not been completed two weeks after it was made. Very disappointing, it's no wonder people go to the larger chains if this is how the smaller ones treat customers.

Was sent the incorrect product, called to sort it out and returned the product at my expense. They failed to reimburse me fully for the return postage. Constantly contacted them, but they just ignored me. I would strongly advise perspective customers to look elsewhere.
