“Took £130 for a stem that was apparently in stock over a week ago and still not been dispatched, no communication and can’t get hold of them on any of the contact details they provided. Last 2 orders 1 was dispatched the same day and the other took almost a week.”

“Terrible company! Happy to take my money for 3 bikes but when one arrived with broken clips and their tubeless set up leaking/ going down they fob you off. Will never use this company again! Told me to write to the owner lol who also totally ignored me! Spend your money somewhere else if I was you! Wouldn’t expect my return within 14 days even though there failed to set the tubeless up correctly. Fools”
