“Slight problem with tracking my order due to email address typo - my fault. Swinnertons answered all queries quickly, helpfully and politely. The bike arrived on time and was in good new condition as I expected. Overall a good experience and good value, thanks.”

“Having stumbled across Swinnerton Cycles looking for a spare part for my pump I now have a new go to company for all things for my family bikes. Absolutely first class service from James who answered my initial enquiry and then every subsequent one. He have fantastic advice on new parts for my old road bike and It’s now back on the tarmac being enjoyed instead of hanging on the wall of my garage. James went way above and beyond what I would have expected and replied to every email I sent (he probably raised his eyebrows a few times when he saw yet another email from me with yet another question). I cannot rate this company or James highly enough. I have been absolutely blown away by them combined as an independent retailer offering absolutely fantastic customer service and advice.”
