“1st rate service, delivery before I expected it. Not a Swinnerton problem but I couldn’t get logged onto the free trials (Zwift), the team at Swinnerton along with Elite in Italy sorted this quickly – A1 service.”

“I live in Chicago so I obviously cannot visit the store and inspect anything in person. The fella I spoke to on the phone was super patient and well-informed about questions I had regarding Q356.6 items as they are not readily available here in the States. I'd order from Swinnerton for sure. Thank you! *Maybe it was bum luck but shipping was like 3 business days which was a treat!”

“I was having trouble finding the dropbars I wanted because out of stock in the USA. Swinnerton Cycles had the bars and at a lower price. Delivery time was good from UK to USA.”

“The only place I found that stocked ALL the replacement light and pump brackets, plus other little bits, that I needed to replace after having my bike stolen. Saved me having to pay multiple delivery charges from different stores. Delivery was on time too.”

“the service itself was good but i can't value everything like that because i paid 20£ of shipping costs for a plastic piece that costs 10£ and weight 6 grams. some other websites located in the same country charge 5 ou 10£ so its a huge difference. beside that, the item doesn't fit (not your fault of course, but you're the only place i saw that piece and it seems equal of my broken one) but now for an item so cheap it will cost me above 25£ just for shipping costs, expecting that the 10£ of the product will be delivered to me by you. im writing this not to harm you but for you to try another company not so expensive to make the transport, its simply a irrealistic charge. i wrote to you but someone said that's the only way. feel free not to publish this if you want.”

“I purchased something online and paid via Paypal. This caused mixed messages with regard to the delivery address which wasn't the same as that on Paypal. So the online order confirmation reflected the Paypal address (as a delivery address) and the confirmation email reflected the (correct) delivery address. I then had to call to check which address the item would be sent to. On my first call I was asked to call back as "someone" was busy with the system needed to check these details. I called back later and someone took a message to "give to the websales guys who will be in on Monday". I then had to call again on Monday to check that the websales guys had indeed received the message. So, whilst the issue was sorted out there was a massive runaround and to be honest this does not constitute "good" customer service.”
