Conrad Having tested your e-scooter various times and the manufacturer also testing both scooters and neith ourselves or the manufacturer could replicate any Faults. The 1st scooter was replaced as good will and the 2nd scooter we have issued a full refund of which the credit company will re-imburse we have gone far beyond what we are required to by law to help you out so if you think that that is bad customer service then TBH we would rather not have you as a customer!

“Purchase process was fine. But I had to return the item (no fault of Swinnerton's). I couldn't find the referenced 'returns form' on the website, so I rang them. The gentlemen I spoke to couldn't tell me where it to find it, but I don't hold that against him. However, you know when someone wants to try and help and you know when someone's tone of voice means they don't. Unfortunately he fell into the latter category - I was made to feel I was hassling him. On the upside, the refund was issued quickly.”
