“Great service, and good dental hygiene. Two things you don’t often find in a British bike shop. Service was faster than a hound dog with his balls stuck in a coon trap.”

“I ordered a pair of Shimano Mtb shoes which Swinnerton had at a very good price. I used a Shimano size guide to select the shoes I thought would fit, but unfortunately they were too small. I had a really pleasant and helpful chat with Swinnerton who recommended an alternative. I returned my purchase and first thing the next day received my refund. I was very impressed with Swinnerton’s level of service and hope to shop with them again.”

“I received the items I ordered. Folks responded we I asked how about the shipping. But it did take a long time and received notifications from shipping Co. that didn't agree. But ultimately I received the items I ordered which I could only find in England though I am in USA. So all was good.”
