“Bought a lunar quasar, excellent service when buying,kept me updated sorted out issues very quickly,sent video explaining electric elements in caravan,on collection assistant went through and fully explained the workings of the outside,very helpful and and professional,nothing was to much trouble,would buy again from Swintons and would highly recommend”

“From the outset the staff were very helpful in finding what we wanted. They were flexible with pickup arrangements and in particular, the pre videos sent to us were excellent and informative. “Great sales and after service. Regrettably my van developed a number of faults soon after delivery, but there after-sales team have been exemplary. They've been fast, efficient and shown a great attention to detail. I would have given 5* but I felt that there handover man should have known more about our particular vehicle. Also, there was no sign of mask wearing during the handover.”

“We recently purchased a Swift Vogue 560EB from Oxford Caravans. Firstly, Alan showed us around on our first visit and he was very attentive and helped us choose our lovely caravan. We had originally gone there to view a Swift Sprite Major but came away having put down a deposit on a Swift Vogue which is one of their exclusive vans. When we returned to collect the van, we dealt with Alistair who was also very helpful. The van was all ready for us on arrival, the radio was even playing to welcome us in. It was the best day and the sale was made all the more enjoyable by the lovely staff there. Thank you so much for your help and advice.”

“Tina, Lee and Dean were all courteous, efficient and professional. The whole buying process was very pleasurable. Sadly, the interior cleaning of the caravan was poor. A shame really, because the person responsible for that element really did let down the whole team. After a few hours, doing what your cleaner should have done, all was pristine. Our purchase was only 15 months old, so it shouldn't have taken a huge amount of effort on your cleaner's part. Anyway, all is now pristine, as it should have been for handover. We are pleased with our purchase.”

“Many thanks to Lewis at Oxford Caravans for handling the purchase of our second caravan from you. This purchase was due to our first caravan being stolen from storage!!! and just 10 days before we were due to travel. Lewis handled the sale excellently, organised the fitting of the mover and collected this morning, with excellent hand over. Everyone at Tiddington site are excellent, from the sales to the shop and the workshop, thank you to you all and would recommend them, and have, to friends and family.”

“I ordered two new Isabella footrests online. Before being dispatched I received an email to say only one was in stock and I would receive a refund for the second. However one did arrive wrapped in a bin bag and it had foot marks on it, clearly not new. I can only assume it was the show model as it was the last one in stock. So I wont be ordering from them again.”

Hi Mr Dixon. Thanks for your feedback although we find this hard to accept. We do not send out any items for delivery unless they are brand new, instead only selling ex display items in store when the buyer has the opportunity to inspect the goods. To our knowledge this item was new. It was also sent fully bubble wrapped and then placed inside a bin bag and taped. We believe this is a perfectly acceptable method for the delivery of said item.

“The whole team =, from Steve in sales to the shop staff and even young Jack who showed us round the outside of our caravan were all really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Whilst, in light of the current climate, there was no need to 'push' sales, we got the feeling that this would not have happened in different circumstances. In fact, because of the current conditions with COVID, everyone in the whole place was extremely busy but we were still treated courteously and allowed plenty of time to ask questions and check our understanding of everything, there was no feeling of rush because there were other customers to serve. Thank you to all the staff in the Swindon Centre. Because we live so close to the Swindon site, most of our interaction was face-to-face. Mr & Mrs Dixon, Royal Wootton Bassett”
