“We purchased a new Swift caravan from the Oxford site, very well looked after and great customer service We dealt with Alistair he was very helpful and not pushy as a Salesman gave us time before making our final decision on which model was best. Good coffee too. :-)”

“Lee went above and beyond to help us get our caravan nothing was too much hassle and all staff were always polite and professional. Jack did our handover when we collected our caravan, he was thorough and friendly even got our children involved with all of it.we couldn’t have asked for better service from start to finish! “When entering into the Caravan owner's world, you need to consider that you will need great support and service. I would say I have learned this is more important than your choice of van. You will encounter issues and challenges to resolve along the way. Reading Caravan's service team, headed up by the superhero Andy is simply first class. The whole team is proactive, helpful, friendly and there to make caravan life a great experience, even when things don't go to plan. They have been there to help and guide. Because of Andy, Ros, Dan and the whole team, I would wholeheartedly recommend Reading Caravans as your caravanning life partner, and it is a partnership, The support I've received from Andy and the team is the real difference. Because of them, I would be looking to buy my next van from Reading Caravans when the time comes. Great work Reading Caravans”

“We approached Reading after very poor after-sales treatment from our original dealer. They were very helpful & agreed to handle some warranty work & book it in for its service next year. The many minor warranty issues were all rectified & ideally should have been completed before we originally collected it. The Team are very friendly & professional. Work carried out is to a high standard & on whole a very pleasant experience. Definitely the dealer for us going forward for any further purchases”

“First time visiting Swindon caravan and motorhomes to view and purchase a second-hand Motorhome. My wife and I were looked after throughout the viewing and subsequent purchase. No pushy sales all questions were answered and made sure that at each stage you were happy and that all your questions were answered. The date was set for the Motorhome to pick up. on arrival, we were shown to the Motorhome and introduced to a nice you lad who took us through all of the features and showed us how everything works and made sure we were happy and understood he also answered any questions we had and supplied a cup of tea and coffee for the both of us. Due to a national shortage of new-to-hire gas bottles, we had to source our own so brought this with us which the young chap loaded into the gas locker and showed us how to connect. all in all a pleasant experience and well worth a visit if you are in the market for a caravan or Motorhome.”
