“All staff we met this morning were well informed, friendly and helpful. The process of collecting our new caravan went smoothly and the alterations to our car towbar and electrical connections were carried out very efficiently. All in all a very positive experience which makes us very glad that we have committed to a three year service plan.”

“The purchase of our first caravan could not have been handled better. From order through to handover, Alan and then Lewis looked after us excellently. There was no hard sell, indeed we were advised against options that were unnecessary, and were given plenty of time to consider our dream home on wheels. Both Lewis, and Cathy in the shop, looked after us on handover day and the knowledge and attention to detail shown by Lewis eased any first towing nerves.”

“Very good instruction and showaround on dispatch. Allowed us to come back next day because the wind was too gusty for a novice. AL-KO wheel lock was found to be the wrong one when we got to our destination. This was blamed on Bailey, but it should have been checked. A minor internal repair (gluing a piece of trim down) noted on dispatch was not performed.”

“Well organised, friendly & helpful staff. Despite the Coronavirus lockdown delaying our collection for nearly 3 Months & with the introduction of new ways of working, the sales & dispatch teams remain very professional making our purchase a pleasant experience. Special thanks to Tina & Lee in sales the cleaning staff who prepared our van & then on collection day the guy’s in the workshop who swapped our mover over! Our appreciation to Jack for his fantastic handover, who’s knowledge & pride in his job made sure we understood everything on the new van then when we coupled up he made sure all was operating correctly for our safe journey back home. Thanks Jack you’re a star🌟 Definitely recommend anyone to Swindon Caravans.”

“We have been looking for a caravan for the past 6 months visiting many dealers before we found Oxford caravans. The sales experience here was totally different to many other dealers with no pushy sales people and lots of knowledge. From the day we put the deposit down until the time we collected the caravan, Lewis was only interested in making sure we were happy and as newbie caravan owners I feel he went out of his way to make sure we where happy with the caravan and all the accessories and made sure we knew how to use them. Oxford Caravans are highly recommended in my opinion”

“Lee in the sales department was very helpful and polite, he made us feel welcome. Jack did the handover and went through everything with us. when we hitched the caravan on and checked the lights we had a problem which Ray quickly sorted. the only thing I would say is that the radio wasn't working and the technician was trying to sort it when we arrived to collect, and as we had a nine o'clock collection slot I would have thought that everything would have been checked the day before.”

“We received a great deal of attention, tuition and information when collecting our caravan yesterday. Very friendly helpful service. The caravan was presents looking smart and clean with everything functioning properly. Only one niggle, when we go home we discovered there was no tool to lower the legs of the caravan. Had we known we would have bought one. We feel one should be provided with every van.”
