“Yesterday we collected a Bailey Unicorn Madrid and I have to say the whole buying experience was brilliant. We were kept up to date by email at every stage with no detail left out. Upon collection Naomi was superb at running through all the controls, hitching up and demonstrating the new Powrtouch Evolution mover they fitted for us. The site there is vast with lots of stock, no pressure selling and we were particularly impressed with the multiple lifts in the clean and spacious workshop bays where they are quite clearly able to do any job required. Good old fashioned customer service is often lacking in today’s society but Swindon Caravans absolutely nailed it with our purchase, highly recommended. Thank you all very much team.”

“Recently purchased a new motorhome from Reading Caravans. What a pleasant experience and cant complement them enough. The whole process was smooth and well managed including trading in our old motorhome. Also nice to find a company with a resposive and helpful aftersales team. Together with the 'cant help enough' folks in the accessories shop. Would not now consider going anywhere else!”

“This is the 2bd caravan we have bought from Swindon Caravans. It is the only dealer we would buy from as their after sales and service department is excellent. We saw our new Bailey Alicante Grande Lisbon at a dealer up north and straightaway looked to see if Swindon Caravans had one. Luckily they did.”

The hand over was made easy for us and we had a good briefing on the aspects of the new caravan. We bought our last caravan at Reading Caravans 8 years ago and it has been serviced and repaired there every year.”

“We decided to change our Bailey Madrid serries 5 as the layout was not working for us , so we popped along to the Swindon caravan centre where we we able to have a good look around ,we decided on a Bailey Phoenix gt75/642 2024 Model , having had a chat with Lee Mathews (sales person )who was very helpfull and answered any questions we had .when we came to pick up our new van Mark from the handover team went through everything very thorogh and helped us hitch up and saw us on our way ,We cant thank the team enough for what they did may thanks .C & S White”

“Very pleased with way the sale was handled. Very helpful and efficient especially regarding a couple of niggles that were resolved. The handover procedure was excellent, no stone unturned everything was well explained. Previously had motorhomes and am sure we are going to enjoy using the caravan.
