“Kim and I bought our first Caravan (Swift) on the 23rd August this year with the help of Lewis Sirett. Throughout the purchasing process, initial deposit to final payment for the caravan, Lewis also expertly advised on insurance (great result), equipment i.e. hitch locks, wheel clamps, motor movers and general equipment that we would need at the start for which we are eternally grateful. Lewis’s handover of the caravan was very helpful to us both as we new absolutely nothing about the caravan’s features: heating, lighting and electrical in fact the whole operating system. Again thank you so much Lewis. We would also add that the assistants in the shop were extremely helpful with our purchases and advised us on the best equipment for our caravan. Thank you so much for your patience. Just to mention that we have successfully had our first holiday without trauma. Best wishes to every body at Oxford Caravans who we rate at 10 out of 10. “We purchased a used caravan from Swindon caravans. The salesman (Paul) was very helpful without being pushy. There was no sales pressure and we were very pleased with the part ex allowance given on our van. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. When we collected our van Jack from the hand over team was very thorough when showing us round it (inside & out). Again nothing was too much trouble and he had a sense of humour as well so there was a bit of friendly banter. Our whole experience when dealing with Swindon Caravans team was very good with no pressure. If at some time in the future we decide to upgrade then we would certainly return and also recommend Swindon Caravans to others. Keith & Rose.”

“Excellent service. Easy transaction. Caravan delivered to our pitch in Cornwall. Phone calls answered or when messages left we were contacted within the day. Lee was and still is on the end of the phone if we need advice. Glad we chose Swindon Caravans, as we are relatively new to this type of holiday.”

“I received nothing but first class service from Alistair, the experience of buying our first ever new caravan has been a complete joy. The handover procedure never felt rushed at any time. We cannot wait to get out on our first trip. The only reason we will not use you for servicing our caravan is that we live on the South coast.”

“Very upset the caravan was not cleaned outside, green algae all around the skylights and around the frond window. This is not the standard I received when I purchased my last van. I'm a disabled veteran who is not really struggling to now clean the van. Even the front inside window had only half of it cleaned. We are really upset and trying to figure out how to clean it”

“Service has been excellent from when I selected our caravan through to pick up. Steve was very patient and answered all my questions. Jack was excellent at demonstrating what all the bits and bobs do, made it less daunting for me. The video Jack did which was sent to me the day before pick up, was a great intro. Plus on the day I wasn't overwhelmed with information. Its also great to be able to view it again afterwards. All in all, very happy. Thank you.”

“We completed a part exchange on our 2008 caravan to upgrade our caravan for one with a fixed bed, the sales team were really helpful going through our options. We collected our caravan today and the dispatch team did not disappoint. We were shown round our caravan in two parts a virtual tour of the inside to remain Covid Secure and a full tour of the outside. Everyone on the team was super friendly and we completed all paperwork within an hour. Thank you for a brilliant service today.”

“Tina and Lee were very helpful (and patient when we were being a bit dim!!) and made the sales process really smooth. “Hayden started our motor home purchase with just the right level of "Salesman"... not too pushy and let us have our own time... but was equally on hand to answer questions or chat when needed (it was a busy day too) Registration took a long time but this was mainly due to DVLA On the day of handover Hayden wasn't around but a nice guy (didn't catch his name) did the "walk round" and answered all our questions (and handled a few minor snags). Then Simon professionally and personably dealt with all the paperwork and final hand over.”
